Common questions
What counts as one analysis?
Each time you submit an idea for validation, it uses one analysis credit. Re-analyzing an existing idea also uses one credit. Viewing saved reports does not.
Does the monthly limit reset?
For paid plans, your analysis count resets on the 1st of each calendar month (or your renewal date for annual plans). Free accounts have a lifetime quota of 3 analyses — buy credits or upgrade to get more.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account switches to the free plan and your history is preserved — you just lose access to Pro features.
Is my idea data private?
Yes. Your ideas are private by default and never shared or used to train AI models. Only you can see your analyses.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Use the Manage Subscription link in Settings to switch billing periods via the Stripe customer portal.
How do credits work?
Credits let you pay per analysis without a subscription. Your monthly subscription analyses are used first — when those run out, each extra analysis costs 1 credit. Credits never expire and work alongside any plan.
