Terms of Service

By creating an account or using IdeaScore (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IdeaScore provides AI-powered analysis and validation reports for startup and app ideas. Reports are generated using large language models and web search and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.

• Free plan features are provided at no charge subject to fair-use limits.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or data.
• Resell or relicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Submit personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.

You retain ownership of idea texts you submit. By submitting content, you grant IdeaScore a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service (including sending it to third-party AI providers). We do not use your content to train AI models.

Ideas you mark as Public may be displayed anonymously on the your private dashboard. Your ideas are never shared publicly without your explicit action.

The IdeaScore platform, brand, and generated UI are owned by IdeaScore. The analysis reports generated for you may be used, shared, and exported by you for any lawful purpose.

Analysis reports are generated by large language models (AI) using real-time web search. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, business, or investment advice.

• AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
• Scores and ratings are indicative, not predictive of commercial success.
• You should conduct your own due diligence before making business decisions.
• IdeaScore accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated reports.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaScore's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the national laws of the country in which IdeaScore's operator is established. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
